Registration Information:
- Beginning March 15 at 8:00 am, students and parents will begin to request classes through the Infinite Campus Portal.
- It will be important to select an alternate course for each period in the event that the class is full. If there is not an alternate listed, one will be chosen for you.
- Course requests are not time-stamped. All registration instructions begin on page 3 of the Summer Adventures Catalog (or, click here to only view the registration directions). At 4:00 pm Wednesday, March 17, online registration will close and students will begin to be placed into their requested courses. Any classes that have more requests than seats will be determined by lottery. Students who do not receive their first choice will have additional courses selected based upon their alternate choices. Schedules will be posted in Infinite Campus at 4:00 pm on Monday, March 22. At that time, online registration will reopen.
- Courses with low enrollment numbers may be canceled.
- Registrations will still be accepted after the opening date, but course availability may be limited.
- Other district residents/out of district students will also register through the Infinite Campus Portal, but must first complete the online student registration process. The Summer Adventures Catalog contains more information to help guide out of district families through this process.

Once again, MASD offers Explore Eagleville's Environment during E3! Join us for a fun, hands-on outdoor learning experience! In this popular one-week class, students will have an opportunity to learn in Eagleville's unique environmental setting which includes our school forest and Jericho Creek. We will tour the ecosystem by focusing on soil, water, air, plants, and animals throughout the week.
Indian Athletic Performance:
Our popular summer athletic program returns again this year. Indian Athletic Performance is a program designed to develop and enhance a student’s explosive power and speed. The training philosophy will include a primary makeup of ground-based techniques. Most student-athletes participate in standup sports. Therefore, the training is developed to initiate exercises where the feet are on the ground. The goal of ground-based training is to improve an individual’s power applied to the ground. Henceforth, during competition a participant’s speed and power will be greater on account of the training principles. Several of the ground-based lifts include the squat, snatch-squat, single-leg squat, deadlift, Romanian deadlift, lunge, good-morning, step-up, box jump, etc. All of these exercises incorporate the necessary recruitment of many muscles and joints. The philosophy is not the isolation of muscles, but incorporation of many muscles. Not only do ground-based lifts train muscles and improve power, but ground-based lifts also improve athleticism. Flexibility, balance, injury-prevention, strength, speed, & power are all characteristics that will be improved in Indian Athletic Performance. Kettlebell Training is also implemented in order to coach and foster movements. Students will also learn proper sprinting mechanics, change of direction techniques, and rhythmic exercises designed to increase raw speed.
All Sports Academy Grades 5K-3:
2021 will be our first annual All-Sport Academy. The goal of this academy is to provide kids, grades 5K-3, an early entry opportunity into a variety of sports and to HAVE FUN! To align with recommendations of the CDC and state and local health authorities, we will take several precautions to encourage safety, such as eliminating large group gatherings, social distancing, washing of hands, and extra sanitizing of hands and equipment. Students will be encouraged to bring their own water bottles, appropriate footwear, and athletic attire. Students will participate in sport-specific stations and rotate to different stations each day. Sports that students will participate in are: Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Track & Field.
