Addressing a Concern
If you wish to express a concern, School Board Policy 9130 provides the following guidance:
1. Staff MemberWhen you wish to express a concern, first talk with the school staff member closes to the issue. Parents often find that discussing the matter with the teacher can resolve the issue satisfactorily. Parents can access contact information on our Staff Directory page.

2. School PrincipalIf speaking with the teacher or the staff member does not resolve your concern, discuss the issue with the school principal. Each principal's contact information is located in our Staff Directory, or you can connect via Ask MASD.

3. District OfficeIf your concern is not satisfied at the school level, contact the appropriate district office director by using Ask MASD.

4. SuperintendentIf you disagree with a decision or action taking at the school and the central office, you may appeal to the Superintendent by making your request via Ask MASD.
