We have lots of opportunities for students to be involved in activities during the school day, including:
- Battle of the Books: February, a reading competition for students in grades 4-6 using the WEMTA book list
- Butterfly Garden Club: spring, in order to help maintain and update the butterfly garden near the front of the school
- Crane Foundation Art Exchange: all year for 6th grade, an ongoing partnership with Kori Klink, crane specialist
- Raptor News: all year, student-led news program that is recorded on Fridays and available on Monday mornings on our website
- SCRIBE: 4th grade, Mrs. Herrera's class, a partnership with the seniors at Linden Ridge to create interactive writing experiences
- Student Council: 4th-6th grade leadership opportunity that meets twice a month to plan school-wide events
