At Rolling Hills, there is a thriving Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS) program. Students of every grade can earn ROAR cards by showing how they can Be Safe, Be Responsible, and Be Respectful. The ROAR cards can be spent bi-weekly at the ROAR Store on items or experiences, like guest announcer, lunch with a teacher, and a pizza party with the principal. There are monthly assemblies that highlight the positive things our students are doing. Monthly assemblies also include random prize winners from students who enter ROAR cards to win.
Rolling Hills is recognized as a Silver award winner by the Wisconsin RTI center for their implementation of positive behavior interventions and supports as well as their work in reading and mathematics interventions.
