2017-2018 FACILITY USE REQUESTS

DUE TO CONSTRUCTION AT THE HIGH SCHOOL PUBLIC AVAILABILITY OF OUR FACILITIES WILL BE EXTREMEMLY LIMITED THIS SUMMER.

Community Facility Use Requests submitted for the 2017-2018 school year may be  place on hold until the middle of September 2017.  School specific activities have first priority and need to be posted to the Facility Use Calender.

How To Schedule Building Use

Any Organization may  use our facilities by submitting an electronic building use request (see below) at least 10 working days prior to the event.  This allows time to complete a Lease/Use Agreement, receive Proof of Insurance, and notify all parties concerned.Requests must be made by an officer of the organization that carries liability insurance for the event.

School activities shall always have first priority for facility use.  When school facilities are not in use for school programs, they may be made available to recognized community organizations whose activities are of general interest to the community and whose use of the school facility is for a community purpose.

A facility use application will cover no more then a six month period of time:  July 1 to December 31 or January 1 to June 30

A separate facility use application should be entered for each School.  

Please do not combine schools when requesting space.

Step 1:

Become a Requester Click Here to Start.

Step 2: 

Wait for our approval email.   (Watch for notifications@rschooltoday.com with the subject 'Response to Facilities Requester Registration'.

Step 3:

Submit Insurance Liability Form .

NOTE:   Facility use will not  be granted until current liability insurance is on file.  Upload as a pdf document or a .jpg graphic file and click submit.

Step 4:

Once approved as a requester, Click Here to Log In to your account to place facilities requests.

Step 5:

Wait for email of approval/denial of your facilities request.  To check on the status of your request, log in to your account and click on the request history tab.

Step 6:

When a request has been approved, an electronic contract will be sent to the requester.  Sign the electronic contract with the pin and created in your account.

Upon receipt of the electronically signed contract, the facility has been officially reserved for your use.  Questions?  Contact us at 262-363-6300 Ext 24103.

A nominal rental fee to cover operational costs (heat, lights,etc.) and custodial services will be charged in accordance with a schedule recommended by the superintendent and approved by the Board.  For more detailed information, reference Board Policy KG.
